When you're filling out a claim, it's important that you also provide the commercial invoice for the goods you were shipping, which allow us to confirm the purchase price of the items that you're claiming.
After manually inputting the freight value and weight, you'll be asked to "add commercial invoices." The commercial invoice shows the purchase price of the items, as described by the manufacturer. Please note that this differs from the shipment invoice, which includes the cost of transportation.
When we can verify your claim's value with the commercial invoice, it ensures the process moves as smoothly as possible.
