Refer to your shipment method below to see which steps are required to change your pick-up or delivery address.
In-Network Deliveries (within 100mi of local zones or FTL)
- Pick-up Address: Reach out to us by submitting a ticket and supply the new address and we'll have it changed the instant we see it. Please note that if the verified carrier is already at or near the pick-up location, we will charge an incidental fee of $49 – our standard single pallet rate.
- Delivery Address: Same as above - provide us with the new address via a support ticket and we take care of the rest. Please note that if the verified carrier has picked up your shipment and is already en route to delivery, we will charge an incidental fee of $49 – our standard single pallet rate.
If the shipment hasn't been picked up yet and the change doesn't impact pricing (e.g. adding a suite number that you forgot to include initially), you can also edit the shipment details yourself.
Out-of-Network Deliveries (LTL outside of local zones)
- Pick-up Address: A change in zip code means a change in price. In order to send your shipment with the best partner carrier and receive accurate pricing, you'll have to re-quote and re-book this shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel your existing shipment and help with rebooking.
- Delivery Address: If your shipment has not been picked up yet, the same procedure and principle above applies. If your shipment has already been picked up, the carrier will charge to re-consign it. Charges vary by carrier. Again, please contact us as soon as possible by submitting a ticket.
