We know things can change. Here's what you can do.
If you need to revise the pallet count of your shipment after you've booked, please submit a ticket with the Mothership support team and we'll process the update as soon as possible.
There may be fees associated with this update, depending on both the type of shipment as well as the shipment status.
If you add cargo to an in-network (local) shipment, there will be a $20 fee per pallet added.
If you need to remove cargo, the price of the shipment will remain the same if the shipment has already been allocated to a driver. You can determine if a shipment has been allocated to a driver by viewing the status of the shipment on the tracking page - it is located in a white box in the bottom right corner of the tracking page.
If you need to make changes to the pallet count, dimensions or weight of an out-of-network shipment (with a national partner carrier) that you've already booked, unfortunately the shipment will need to be cancelled and rebooked.
Out-of-network shipments booked through a national partner carrier network are quoted based on the exact count, dimensions and weight entered before booking. If this information changes, this will impact your pricing and require a new booking.
