Need an accessorial for a routed shipment? Here's how to add it in the dashboard.
When creating the shipment sheet for your route, there are a few things you shouldn't include; the Pick-up from or Deliver to location and the accessorials. Those details get added directly into the dashboard at booking.
After you've uploaded and confirmed your details in the dashboard, you'll see the option to "Add liftgate or others."
Accessorials only get added to the shipment you've selected, so if it applies to multiple shipments, be sure to add it to each one.
The only accessorials available for routed shipments are liftgate, residential, or limited access. Inside service, CFS, tradeshow, and appointment are currently unavailable.
