If you're a current customer that needs to reach our customer support team, the fastest way to get in touch is to submit a ticket directly from your dashboard.
You access the ticket form from the "Get help" section in the bottom left corner of your dashboard. Click "continue" to start your ticket.
You're able to select a category for your ticket - whether your question is around quoting, a current shipment, billing, or a technical issue, we've got you covered.
Once you select a category, we'll have a list of common issues that you can choose from, or select "other" if your issue isn't listed.
If your question pertains to a current shipment, make sure you provide the shipment number.
We'll also have a field to provide a bit more information and context around the issue to help our support team get you a solution as quickly as possible.
Once you submit the ticket, you'll be hearing back from us within 30 minutes. Our support hours of operation are 6am PT to 7pm PT.
