From the Mothership.com login screen, select "Reset Password" option:
Enter your email address associated with the account in the text box and hit "Send password reset."
After submitting, you will see a confirmation screen as shown below. An email will be sent to the associated account with next steps on recovering your password.
The email sent to the account on file will look like the below. Click the link in the email, which will take you to a screen to input a new password.
Once you've updated your password, a confirmation will appear as shown below and you're all set to sign in and start shipping.
